TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Monthly membership to the Glow-Up Club entitles the member to one treatment of each of the following each month:

One facial of choice

and one of the following:

HD Brow Lamination, LVL Lash Lift and Tint, B12 shot, or second Million Dollar Mini Facial

*Both treatments must be taking within each calendar month

OR an Advance Korean Microneedling facial as a single monthly treatment ( members are not permitted to choose a second treatment if opting for an Advanced Korean Microneedling Facial)

*Treatments are non-refundable or transferrable

*No cash alternative

*It is the member's responsibility to book treatments in at the start of each month

*Failure to book appointment will result in loss of treatment for that month

*Failure to turn up to appointment will results in loss of treatment for that month

*A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to change appointments

*Treatments can not be rolled over into another month

*Treatments must be used by the named member

*Member will be required to complete regular consultation and consent forms to determine suitability for treatment. If deemed medically unsuitable, no alternative will be offered and membership may be terminated.

**Member will receive loyalty card and a stamp for every month of consecutive paid membership. 6 stamps on the card will entitle member to either half price 1.1ml dermal filler (lips, cheeks or chin) - or - one half price skin booster treatment session (top-ups and follow up sessions are fully payable)

*Half price dermal filler or skin booster benefit will be valued for 6 months from the month of issue

*If membership is cancelled or discontinued at any point before a term of 6 months, member will not be eligible to receive half price skin booster or dermal filler treatment
